1. Scope
The following Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through our online store by consumers and business entities.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor related to their independent professional activity. A business entity is a natural or legal person, or a partnership with legal capacity, that acts in the course of its commercial or self-employed professional activity when entering into a legal transaction.
The following applies to business entities: If a business entity uses conflicting or supplementary general terms and conditions, their validity is hereby rejected; they shall only become part of the contract if we have expressly agreed to them.
2. Contracting Party, Conclusion of the Contract

By listing the products in the online store, we submit a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items. You may initially add our products to your shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction tools provided and explained during the ordering process. The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the goods contained in the shopping cart by clicking the order button. Immediately after submitting your order, you will receive a confirmation email.
3. Contract Language, Storage of Contract Text
The language available for entering into the contract is German.
We store the contract text and send you the order details and our Terms and Conditions via email. You can view the contract text in your customer account.
4. Shipping Terms
Shipping costs are added to the listed product prices. You can find more details on the shipping costs in the product listings.
We only ship the goods. Unfortunately, in-person pickup is not available.
5. Payment
The following payment methods are generally available in our store:
Credit Card
When you place your order, you simultaneously provide us with your credit card information. After verifying that you are the rightful cardholder, we will instruct your credit card company to initiate the payment transaction immediately following your order. The payment transaction is processed automatically by the credit card company, and your card will be charged.
PayPal
During the ordering process, you will be redirected to the website of the online payment provider PayPal. To pay the invoice amount via PayPal, you must be registered there or register first, authenticate yourself using your login credentials, and confirm the payment instruction to us. After placing your order in the store, we instruct PayPal to initiate the payment transaction. The payment transaction is automatically processed by PayPal immediately thereafter. You will receive further instructions during the ordering process.
6. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers are entitled to the statutory right of withdrawal as described in the withdrawal policy. Business customers are not granted a voluntary right of withdrawal.
Used goods are excluded from return. If used goods are returned, we reserve the right to claim compensation for the loss in value.
7. Shipping Damage
The following applies to consumers: If goods are delivered with obvious shipping damage, please report such defects to the carrier as soon as possible and contact us immediately. Failure to file a complaint or contact us has no consequences for your statutory claims and their enforcement, in particular your warranty rights. However, you help us to assert our own claims against the carrier or the shipping insurance provider.
8. Warranty and Guarantees
The statutory liability for defects applies. Information on any additional guarantees that may apply and their exact terms can be found with each product and on specific information pages in the online store.
9. Dispute Resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for Online Dispute Resolution (ODR), which you can find here. We are neither obligated nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
10. Final Provisions
If you are a business, German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
